About the Owner
Matt Dixon, Retired U.S. Marine Corps | Founder & President
A Service-Disabled Veteran with over two decades of honorable service and environmental leadership.
Matt Dixon is the founder and driving force behind Dixon Environmental Services, bringing a unique blend of military precision and real-world environmental expertise to the field. A retired United States Marine with 22 years of service, Matt began his environmental career managing base environmental programs while still in uniform, where safety, compliance, and operational excellence were non-negotiable.
After retiring, Matt expanded his expertise by working with some of the largest environmental companies in the industry. Through those years, he developed a deep understanding of hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling, regulatory compliance, and customer-centered solutions.
In 2017, he launched Dixon Environmental Services with one clear goal: to provide reliable, straightforward, and compliant waste management services built on trust, experience, and a personal commitment to doing things right.
Today, Matt leads a team that operates with the same core values he honed in the Marine Corps integrity, accountability, and excellence, serving clients across Texas with unmatched professionalism and care.
